Is my child’s eating normal? When parents need to be concerned.

It is not uncommon for young people to start missing meals, whether it be breakfast or lunch at school. Sometimes kids decide to experiment with food and eat more "healthy" options.

But parents often ask these questions - "Is my child’s eating normal?" "Should I be worried?" and "Does my child need help?".

It is hard to know what is normal for your child at their age and stage of development. Is it a phase? Will they grow out of it?

Also, emerging eating disorders/eating disorders and disordered eating are difficult to detect as they are notoriously secretive. So, it is hard to know.
